Have you been staff on a server before?
Really sorry but i do not remember the names, but i was Co-Owner, Admin, and Trial-Mod before.
Are you still with this server?

What gamemode do you primarily play?
Survival, i like the idea of growing a community with others and learning about new things, Slimefun is another reason because it lets creative people like me explore the creativity of others.
How many hours a week will you be able to dedicate to the server?
Right now, about 3 - 14 (I dont sleep, lol)
Are you able to record AND upload proof of hackers?
I can, i own OBS and know how to use it, ill be sure to record it and send proof for you.
Outline why you should be selected as a staff member on the server.
I believe i should be a staff member because in my own opinion and others i can maintain people and make sure people follow the rules, im not too strict and make sure for the first week or less that what i'm doing is correct, i know what to do, and i usually warn people then if they fight, i request a higher up if i cant do anything, and ill note everything they do, to make sure that they did it. I can also screenshot chat logs.

I believe im really good friends with Shockrider1.
