What is your current in game username?

What is your discord name and discriminator?
For example: 1Storm#0001 or Willbycraft#7620

How old are you?
What is your current age? Even better, What is your birthday? (we won't judge by age)

What timezone are you in?
What is your timezone? For example: UTC +10 (ACST)

Have you been staff on a server before?
If you have been staff on another server state its average player count and what your position was/how long were you in it DO NOT INCLUDE THE NAME If you have not been staff before just say that.

Are you still with this server?
If not, Why are you no longer working on this server? (if you have not been staff on any server before just say that)

What gamemode do you primarily play?
Which server do you play the most?

How many hours a week will you be able to dedicate to the server?
How long can you often be on every week? This can be an average amount of time, It does not need to be 100% exact.

Are you able to record AND upload proof of hackers?
Do you have a recording software or are you able to get one so you are able to record your screen in case of hackers?

Outline why you should be selected as a staff member on the server.
Explain to us why you think we should select you for a staff position on the server, Keep it short.

How long have you played on The Fake World?
When did you join, How often do you play?

Are you friends with any of our current staff?
Have you met any of our staff? Are you good friends with them?

Have you ever been banned from any server?
Explain to us if you have been banned from any server (including this one) and the reason why. Have you learned your lesson from this?
